Saeco S-PTP Review: Saeco S-PTP Primea Touch Plus Super-Automatic Espresso Machine. After buying this machine in Seattle, I have been thoroughly disgusted. We have constant problems with this very expensive machine, even when following prompts, maintenance and very little truly automatic use. Particularly, its automated maintenance and cleaning cycles fail, or never end as in de-scaling. Sending the product into the company leaves you without a machine for 6 weeks.
